Cancer Testing That Delivers Advanced Cellular Insights for Personalized Care

RGCC Testing & Q-Restrain Therapy

About RGCC Testing

RGCC was founded in 2004 by genetics pioneer Dr. Ioannis Papasotiriou with the mission of advancing personalized approaches to cancer care. Built on the belief that a patient’s genetic and cellular information holds the key to more effective treatment strategies, RGCC has remained at the forefront of precision testing for over two decades.

At Four Points Wellness, we incorporate RGCC testing as part of our commitment to individualized, data-driven care. By leveraging insights from a patient’s unique genetic and cellular profile, our providers are able to develop more targeted, thoughtful treatment plans—supporting patients with clarity and personalization at every step of their journey.

What Is RGCC Testing?

RGCC testing is an advanced laboratory analysis that evaluates circulating tumor cells (CTCs), immune markers, and genetic/biochemical patterns found in your blood. These insights help us understand what is happening at the cellular level and how your body may be responding to chronic conditions such as cancer, persistent infections, or immune dysregulation.

At Four Points Wellness, we use RGCC testing as a guide, not a diagnosis or treatment. This information allows us to:

  • Explore how your cells behave in different environments

  • Identify potential sensitivity patterns to natural agents, botanicals, and pharmaceuticals

  • Support more personalized, integrative treatment planning

  • Coordinate your care with oncology or other specialists when needed

RGCC does not diagnose cancer or guarantee treatment results. Instead, it provides an additional layer of information so patients and providers can make informed decisions together.

Who May Benefit From RGCC Testing?

Patients often seek this testing when they:

  • Want more detailed, individualized information about their cellular environment

  • Are exploring integrative or complementary options alongside standard care

  • Are managing chronic infections or long-standing immune challenges

  • Prefer data-driven guidance when choosing supportive therapies

Many of our patients appreciate RGCC testing because it offers clarity and direction during times when traditional testing may feel limited.

  • Onco-D-clare is a cancer screening test based on the interaction of molecular

  • biology with machine learning algorithms. This screening test can help detect cancer before symptoms appear.

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated from blood samples, and gene expression analysis is performed in more than 90 genes. Their expression profile is then used for the classification of the sample as cancerous or healthy.

  • The Onco-D-clare test provides individuals with essential information to help them make better-informed decisions about future health and well-being.

  • The test is clinically validated and highly accurate (≈93%).

  • Detects and measures circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in the blood, offering insight into cancer presence, activity, and progression

  • Identifies tissue-specific markers and stemness activity, helping assess aggressiveness, metastatic potential, treatment resistance, and recurrence risk

  • Supports long-term monitoring and early detection of recurrence, using advanced biomarkers tailored to cancer type when applicable

  • Utilizes RNA interference technology to precisely block critical biological processes in targeted cancer cells or pathogens, preventing replication

  • Designed with high target specificity, affecting only the intended cells without impacting healthy human cells

  • Administered as a single IV infusion, remaining active in the body for up to six months
